It all starts with the most important ingredient: the dough. We use only high quality wheat, which allows us to prepare a light, thin and crispy base for our pizza. The dough is left to ferment for a few days to achieve the perfect texture and flavour

The speciality of Neapolitan pizza lies in the exceptionally fresh and quality products that adorn its surface. We choose only the most delicious tomatoes, grown in Italian fields and harvested in the sunniest season. The mozzarella is made from fresh milk to keep our pizza juicy and appetising

Our coal-fired wood-burning fireplace creates a high temperature that allows the pizza to bake within minutes, retaining the maximum amount of flavour and nutrients. The chef closely monitors the cooking process to ensure the pizza is perfect - juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside
